These are the most
commonly used services pricing. Services are not limited to those noted on the
page.
For basic administrative tasks there are some set fees that apply. But all may
vary according to the amount of work contracted and the specific project. This
is just a Guide for clients to see what they can expect to pay for certain services.
Word Processing:
Straight typing will be priced at $4.00 per page for the first three pages,
$2.30 for each additional page. This same fee applies for correspondence, for
the first draft of any mass mailings. Additional charges may apply if handwritten
notes are not legible or if micro cassette is not discernable. Any typing errors
are edited free of charge, major revisions by the client after first draft are
edited at a rate of $25.00 per hour charged at ten minute intervals.
Mass Mailings:
Mailings will be priced according to time involved, charged at a rate of $20.00
per hour at 10 minute intervals. Plus postage and material fees.
The creation of mailing list falls under the data entry and storage fees and
will be priced accordingly.
Data Entry, Storage and Research:
Spreadsheets, mailing lists, membership lists, vender and client lists. Every
kind of data entry and storage where prepared lists are provided are charged
at a rate of $22.00 per hour charged at 10 minute intervals. For creation of
lists and research for spreadsheets and data, a rate of $25.00 per hour is charged.
Photocopying, Facsimile and Scanning:
Photocopying $0.10 per page Basic black and white 20lb paper.
Facsimile $1.00 first page $0.75 for every page after, there is no charge for
cover pages if fax is more than five pages long.
Long distance and international faxes vary depending on area code and country
code.
Receiving Faxes $0.20 per page, no charge for cover page on single multipage
faxes.
Scanning for storage or transfer to pdf. File or disc is $1.00 per item scanned.
Printing or editing items scanned will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per hour
charged at 10 minute intervals.
